Today, installation and operation of petroleum or chemical bulk storage systems require careful planning and adherence to both federal and state regulatory requirements. New storage systems must be designed and configured to allow for verifiable routine inspections and collection of reliable secondary containment and leak detection monitoring data. Benchmark personnel have planned, designed, and overseen the installation of chemical, petroleum and hazardous waste storage facilities. We have also assisted many clients with the implementation of monitoring and compliance programs.
